Should a lower rate be found on another website, the application of the guarantee sought must be for the same hotel, same date, same type of room, same number of people and with the same sales conditions as those that apply to the reservation made on https://www.thecottagebangkokairport.com
The lower rate on the other website must be viewable, bookable by the general public, providing instant confirmation, inclusive of all taxes and service charge, and in the local currency.
The guarantee shall not apply if the lower rate is found on a third party website but is lower due to the currency exchange rates, rounding applied on room rate, incorrect display, etc.

Claims for multiple nights will be compared individually.
